I have been obsessed with skincare lately. I started the 9 step Korean skincare process a couple years ago, but for a while I sort of fell into a skincare rut. That is, until I watched Michelle Phan’s video with Harper’s Bazaar, where she shows which products she’s currently using in her night time skincare routine. I’ve found a couple of products that I truly love, and will always keep in my rotation.
- Banila Co Cleansing Balm – I use this stuff every night as part of a double cleanse process to remove any makeup/impurities from my face.
- Neogen Real Fresh Green Tea Cleansing Foam – The second part of my double cleanse is this foam cleaner. It’s super gentle on the face and doesn’t strip the face of any essential oils.
- SK-II Facial Treatment Essence – This stuff is definitely a splurge but I find that it keeps my skin looking healthy and bright. A good dupe for this essence is this Missha Essence. The ingredients are almost exactly the same!
- Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum – I’ve tried a lot of serums in my life, and this is one of the few that I always go back to. I can actually see a difference in my skin when I use it and when I don’t. This one is worth the money.
- Etude House Moistfull Collage Sleeping Pack – I just recently started using this and it is amazing. This is the last step in my skincare routine and I apply it after my moisturizer. It seals everything in overnight, and I wake up to healthy glowing skin. The best part is this is under 12 dollars!
- Neogen SPF 50 Sunscreen – Last but not least, we can’t forget about the SPF. A lot of SPF products can feel sticky or heavy after application, but this one is extremely lightweight. I use this every morning before applying my makeup.
This is by no means a complete list of all the skincare products I use daily, but just a quick summary of what I’m loving at the moment. I’ll definitely be doing another post dedicated to my nightly skincare routine!
