Sometimes you just want to chill, throw on an easy top, and head out the door. It’s been so hot in San Diego lately I’ve been living in denim shorts and flowy tops. We decided to head to Balboa Park for the day and enjoy the sun.
I’ve been wearing this top nonstop lately, and have it in another color as well. It’s one of those tops you can just throw on and look like you’ve put in some effort to look put together. I’m definitely going to pick it up in some other colors as well. Oh and the best part? It is so. soft.
The denim shorts are from Topshop, and come in a some other colors as well. I’m waiting for them to make a version in white because the cut is so flattering!
Here’s a closeup shot of the outfit. I paired the outfit with some brown sandals from Madewell. These are pretty old, but they still have some similar styles available, like this one!
The backpack trend has been around for a while now, and it doesn’t look like it’s going away anytime soon. Mine is from ebay and this is the exact backpack I have. The extra chain is removable so there’s multiple ways to wear this bag.
