Happy September everyone! This summer just flew by so quickly, which is weird because I feel like I’ve just been working. Now it’s almost time to switch out my summer clothes for my winter ones!
I’ve lived in florals this past summer, and found an easy way to transition them into fall.
You wouldn’t be able to tell just from looking at it, but this floral number is actually a 2 piece set from Target! I’ve actually already worn the skirt on its own with a white tee tucked in for a more casual look. Such a versatile piece. The skirt has tiered ruffles, which gives a lot of great movement when you have it on. I’m not usually a skirt person, but this one is just so easy to wear. It’s lined and lightweight, and I just know that I’ll be wearing it a ton in the upcoming months.
Here’s the 2 piece set on it’s own.
Of course I had to break out my Stuart Weitzman booties for fall. I picked these up in the Nordstrom Anniversary sale a couple years ago, and they’re still going strong. These do run narrow though, so I would recommend sizing up.
To give the yellow some contrast and create more of a fall vibe, I added a charcoal grey suede jacket, black booties, some sunnies, and a black belt. I got such a good deal on this jacket at Marshalls for 50% off! Does anyone else shop at Marshalls/Home Goods/Tjmaxx? I’ve found so many good deals there over the years.
I paired the outfit with this Saint Laurent Bag. It’s the classic Sac De Jour in the nano size, one of the first bags I ever bought. It gets so much love and I wear this year round.
